How to Request a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at Kritikkasiingh@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order. In your email, include the following details:
· Your full name
· Order number
· Reason for return or exchange
· Photo of the item (if it's defective or incorrect)
· Indicate whether you want a return or an exchange
Eligibility Criteria:
· Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
· Returns must be requested within 4 days of delivery.
· Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping:
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
· We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your gift card within 5-10 business days. Exchanges will be shipped out promptly once the returned item is received.
